These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Trellis 925 website and the booking of events at the Trellis 925 venue ("Venue," "we," "us"). By booking an event or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
A date is considered reserved only when (a) a signed event agreement is in place and (b) the required booking deposit has been received. Submitting an inquiry, selecting a package, or submitting a deposit online does not by itself confirm a reservation. Reservations are confirmed in writing by Trellis 925.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Venue accommodates 25–150 guests. Each booking includes a twelve-hour access window covering setup, event, and breakdown. Overtime, additional hours, and early access are subject to availability and additional fees as set out in your agreement.
Outside vendors are welcome, subject to any requirements set out in your event agreement, which may include proof of licensing and insurance. [VENDOR AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONFIRMED.]
Clients and their guests agree to use the Venue responsibly, to comply with all applicable laws and Venue rules, and to be responsible for the conduct of their guests and vendors. Prohibited activities and rules of use are detailed in the event agreement.
The client is responsible for any damage to the Venue, its furnishings, or its grounds caused by the client, their guests, or their vendors. Charges for damage are handled as described in the event agreement and any security deposit terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trellis 925 is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except to the extent caused by its own gross negligence or willful misconduct. [LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION LANGUAGE TO BE FINALIZED BY COUNSEL.]
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, or other emergencies. Options in such circumstances are described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [VENUE / JURISDICTION DETAILS TO BE CONFIRMED.]
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your signed agreement governs your event.
