How the Trellis 925 Creative Membership works. Please review these terms before requesting your membership.
Membership & Billing
The Trellis 925 Creative Membership is a month to month recurring membership for one individual. Memberships begin after a Creative Membership Inquiry is reviewed by the Trellis 925 team and enrollment and recurring payment are completed. Submitting an inquiry does not activate a membership.
Founding Members, the first fifteen Creative Members, keep their introductory base rate while their membership remains continuously active and receive one complimentary hour during their first paid month.
Included Hours

Unused hours do not roll over. Membership hours are non transferable and may not be used by anyone else.
Booking & Availability
Member sessions are primarily available Monday through Thursday and are subject to availability. Each reservation is a minimum of two hours. Members may book up to 14 days in advance with Essential, 21 days with Professional and 30 days with Premier, using the private booking access provided when their membership is activated. Setup, load in and breakdown must take place within the reserved time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions cancelled 48 hours or more before the start time return the reserved hours to the member's monthly balance. Later cancellations use the reserved hours.
If Trellis 925 needs to move or cancel a confirmed reservation, it is handled case by case at management's discretion according to Trellis 925 guidelines, with priority on finding another date that works for the member.
Additional Hours
Additional hours may be available subject to availability and require approval by Trellis 925 staff before they are granted or billed. Rates are $150 per hour for Essential, $125 per hour for Professional and $100 per hour for Premier.
Venue Rental Benefits
Members receive a discount on the venue cost of any full priced venue rental: 5% for Essential, 10% for Professional and 15% for Premier. There are no date restrictions on this discount.
Production Services
Premier memberships include microphone options, lighting, camera, filming assistance and raw footage. Editing and post production are not included in any membership. They may be arranged through Trellis 925's preferred vendors and are billed separately.
Guests & Permitted Use
Members may bring guests and crew within their membership's group size and are responsible for them during the session. Membership may be used for private content creation, photography, video, podcast production, client meetings and virtual course or masterclass recording within the approved group size and normal setup. Public or ticketed events, audience events, food or bar service, audience seating or significant event setup may require a separate private event rental and management approval. Membership does not include exclusive use of the entire venue.
Damages & Responsibility
Members are responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings or equipment caused by the member, their guests or their crew.
Taxes
Applicable Florida and Orange County sales tax will be added where required by law.
Management & Operational Policies
Trellis 925 management may apply these policies at its discretion according to Trellis 925 guidelines. Trellis 925 may update operational policies and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.
