The Urban Loft by Trellis 925 is one of the most unique and flexible spots in Orlando Florida to host your wedding. Located in Dr.Phillips, the Urban Loft is close to all the attractions and boasts a New York Style feel with gorgeous indoor backdrops of bricks, vintage windows, grass walls and market lights to compliment any wedding design.
Your Experience
Imagine making your grand entrance through white velvet curtains, walking down the aisle beneath a wooden trellis draped in sheer fabric and market lights, and into the welcoming arms of the love-of-your-life! Your guests will be able to witness your vows with a unique backdrop of antique factory windows where you are elegantly framed with exposed brick columns that will bring their focus to the two of you.
Once you and your wedding party exit the ceremony, amazing outdoor photos can be taken at the lake and dock, or at the fountains in our courtyard. At the same time, your guests will be welcomed into the Sojourn Lounge for Cocktail Hour which boasts our acclaimed Tube banquette, stylish lounge furnishings and reclaimed wood bar - all included - and yes, you can bring in your own alcohol too!
Wow your guests after Cocktail Hour with a completely transformed ceremony space and welcome them into a stunning dinner setup with a capacity of up to 150 guests. Dinner is served buffet, plated or in stations with our optional catering packages so your guests can enjoy some of the best catering options Central Florida has to offer.
With two separate changing room areas you can each enjoy a relaxing and fun day in the venue with your wedding party. And while you are enjoying getting ready, one of our expert, in-house Day-of Coordinators will be setting up your decorations so your family and friends can also enjoy this special time with you.

Here are some common layouts previous clients have used for their wedding. Feel free to mix and match the layouts as you need for your wedding. We highly recommend use of All Seated to create a to scale version of your layout. As always, if you have any issues, please be sure to contact us!
Onsite Furniture
Here is a list of the furniture, tables and chairs we have in the venue. Please keep in mind that we have limited storage areas so we require the use of our couches, gold chairs, and wood tables in your layout.
