Virtual Wedding at Trellis925

Virtual Wedding

Typically we spend hours and a night of rehearsal getting ready for a wedding day! Not to mention the months and sometimes years it takes to plan. What makes this virtual wedding so special and unique was, everyone was able to join in and not as much was put on getting ready in the venue but rather online for this virtual wedding!

Set up

Covid has put a lot of risks on the line these days and though it hurts to admit, it has truly changed the way people can even interact. However, no virus will stop this calm and collected, fun couple from enjoying their special day! Aiyanna and Khari invited a small group of friends and family to join them at the wedding venue while everyone else was able to join in online and they didn’t have to miss a moment. From everyone online logging on to the Zoom meeting to hearing and seeing the entire wedding go down no one missed a beat and we are just in love with the way it turned out!

Walking Down the Aisle

After everyone online has logged on, said their hellos and interacted, which is much like having them at the venue. We set up our camera for everyone to watch the stunning Aiyanna walk down the aisle in her steamed white princess gown. Rather if you were there in person or staring into the computer screen at home you could tell just how excited and happy this couple was being able to go through with their ceremony even during these hard times of Covid.

As everyone in the venue was all spread out 6 ft apart from each other, each group of chairs had the perfect spot to watch as the couple took a seat to be met with their Officiant on screen. However, don’t be fooled by the  lax of the situation because the Officiant was just as dressed up at home, and with a pretty background might we add, as if he was at the venue with everyone else!

The Reception

As we all can agree the reception is the most fun of each wedding we go to and don’t think for a second we left that part out just because of the virus! This couple made it very do-able as the camera stayed on them for their first dance, father-daughter dance and the cake cutting! Everyone at home was able to cry and feel the love right along those at the venue as they were able to see every special moment shared.

Conclusion

So, you think a virus can stop any kind of special moment in our lives? Not during the days of technology, because everyone can and should be able to join in and be a part of their family and friends moments in time such as these and that’s what we loved most about this couple and their wedding.
