Our Urban Loft venue offers 6,000 total square feet of completely private space once inside our doors, and can accommodate up to 150 seated or 200 standing guests. We offer two (2) event spaces (Grand Central and Sojourn Lounge) that can be used separately, or as one, by opening or closing a large, rolling glass garage door.

We are an industrial-chic styled “loft” venue that comes complete with designer lounge furniture. We include onsite event tables and chairs with two built-in bars, as well as built-in grass hedgewalls, a champagne wall, and a fairy light tunnel, all of which can be styled and setup to your custom specifications.

We offer two separate dressing rooms that can be used as add-on spaces for games (one with an air hockey table and gaming) or locked storage, each with access to a separate built-in bar for even more entertaining space outside the Grand Central and Sojourn Lounge event spaces. Private men’s and women’s multi-stall restrooms are also included and shared only with your invited guests.
