SUNFLOWERS! Beautiful Spring Wedding at Hub 925 in Orlando, Florida
We are still gushing over this gorgeous sunflower display behind the altar from our March 2 wedding. The bride actually met Lee Forrest, her florist, at one of the Wedding War Wednesday events at Hub 925 last year and decided to go with him for her wedding. His creative talent truly shines in the gorgeous photos by Lillie Shawn Imagery.
Before the ceremony the couple stepped outside Hub 925 for their first look, followed by bridal party photos in front of Little Sand Lake. We love how the bridesmaids dresses pop with the bouquets of sunflowers.
The couple had around eighty guests at their late afternoon ceremony. They used fun, modern songs for their processional music. Prior to the ceremony, the couple wrote love letters to each other. During the ceremony they put them in this inscribed wine box for them to open on their first anniversary!
We love these bridal portraits inside the “Tube” booth and in front of the graffiti wall at Hub 925. Hub 925 is a modern, industrial chic event loft in the Doctor Phillips area of Orlando with plenty of gorgeous photo ops like these.
Following cocktail hour, the guests came back into Hub 925’s Grand Central Station room for a stunning and delicious dinner by Cocktails Catering with florals by Lee Forrest Design. The couple also did a dessert bar instead of a traditional wedding cake. These intricately decorated desserts by Florida Candy Buffets were a hit with the guests!
We finished out the evening with dancing in Hub 925’s Sojourn Lounge and a fun bubble exit on the balcony outside!
