Scheduling a tour or call with us is easy! Just look below at the gold calendar and schedule the appointment you need. Please keep in mind the calendar only allows you to book up to 14 days in advance and books in your current time zone.
Please note: walk-ins are not allowed as we want to respect the time of our booked tours and events.
Location
We are located on the second floor in Plaza Venezia.
There is a staircase in the courtyard or an elevator behind Foxtails Coffee.
We are located around 10-15 minutes from all parks, 20 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the closest hotel.

OFFICE HOURS
Our offices are remote. We come into the venue for scheduled tours and events.
Tours are typically scheduled Monday - Friday 4 pm-8 pm; and Saturdays and Sundays 10 am - 2 pm dependant upon event schedule.
Tours are available by APPOINTMENT ONLY to coordinate with our event and staff schedules.
LOCATION
We're located upstairs in Venezia Plaza between Rocco's Tacos and Publix. There is an elevator behind Foxtail Coffee or a staircase in the courtyard. Parking is free for everyone in the plaza.
