COVID Procedures For Your Event at Trellis 925
We wanted to ensure you have a safe yet enjoyable event at Trellis 925 so we’ve come up with our 12-Step Safety Protocol for Physical Distancing and Sanitation as our response to help contain the spread of Covid-19. This protocol will be in place during all Covid-19 Phase 1, 2 and 3 timeframes, when issued by the Federal, State and Local government, and is as follows:
1. All employees and vendors (vendors will include those hired by you) are required to take their temperature before coming into the venue, and wear face masks at all times while inside the main event venue (Grand Central, Sojourn Lounge, Great Northern and Restrooms). Employees will be required to remain at home if they are experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat or other Covid-19 symptoms, and wash hands at start of shift and every 2 hours during the event.
2. The venue will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each event has ended, and touch-up disinfecting will be performed prior to each event start time and daily between events for all high-touch surfaces.
3. All employees and vendors (including those hired by you) are required to wear gloves while serving beverages and food.
4. Open buffet and food displays along with passed appetizers for self-serving is strongly discouraged.
5. Aisle seating will be separated by 6 feet between rows and all tables will be arranged so that 6 feet separate them, and no more than 10 guests per table or chair group will be setup when you arrive.
6. No seating will be placed at the bar, and 6 feet separation will be marked out in the area in front of the bar for physical distancing.
7. Trellis 925 will designate one staff member to wipe-down highly used surfaces (e.g. door knobs, bar top) every 2 – 3 hours during the event with disinfecting cleaners approved by CDC.
8. Signs will be posted throughout the venue encouraging guests to wear masks, wash hands regularly during the event, and practice social distancing to help protect each other.
9. You, as event host, will be requested to provide a seating chart designating groups with group/table assignments of no more than 10 guests. Signs will be posted throughout the venue encouraging guests to remain in their group at all times, and maintain 6 feet distance between other groups. We also encourage you to separate guests using the glass garage door and/or curtains so that no more than 50 are in the Grand Central or Sojourn Lounge at the same time as each room has its own separate, AC system for separate air flow.
10. The dance floor area(s) will be marked so that your designated groups can remain separated from other groups by 6 feet.
11. You are encouraged to request all guests 65 and over to remain home. You are also encouraged to request your invited guests take their temperatures prior to coming to the venue and stay home should they be experiencing common symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat, chills, body aches, etc.
12. You are requested to consider asking your guests to take a Covid-19 test, if available, the day before your event and stay home if they test positive.
